Very pleasant stay. We were very well received. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom very large and very clean. The common areas (living room and kitchen) were tastefully decorated and very warm. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need to cook. Carrefour Market is a 5 minute walk away. Tram at the end of the street to the city centre in 5 minutes. There are parking spaces in the street. I recommend and will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises to go up to Nantes.

Marc is the quintessential host and his place is a delight. Our favorite was the common living areas. Fully equipped kitchen, inviting living and dining rooms and a large cozy balcony - all well decorated and full of fun plants. Marc lives on the property so is available to help - with city info, making certain you have anything you need, and in our case, bike storage. We wish we’d booked for more than two nights.
Location is stellar: tram stop to center half block, big grocery half block, boulangerie half block, many restaurants within 5 minute walk.

I was looking for a quiet place close to my training place: I found a relaxing, zen, quiet, clean, spacious, bright place, soothing nature, a beautiful terrace, a very well fully furnished and functional kitchen. My room was like a small apartment and Marc did everything to make our stay pleasant and fluid while leaving us complete independence. Very comfortable bed.The apartment is located away from the street, which is a very quiet street by the way.
